I did mindset work after I got sober and relapsed 4x. I saw that just getting sober did not give me a life I wanted to live, I kept repeating the cycle until I made the mindset changes in my brain on a cellular level.
Mindset To Recovery is recovery approach that uses auto suggestion to reprogram the subconscious brain out of addiction, depression, and anxiety, and into experiencing life through our happiest lens, where you can live out your highest potential.
We focus heavily on eliminating depression and anxiety that fuels addiction and relapse, reconnecting with ourselves, and building the confidence within to actually live our life from our highest potential.
